Pastor Rick and an outstanding team of pastors from across Latin America recently met at the G12 Conference 2025 in Bogotá, Colombia. Driven by their shared commitment to the Great Commission, they came together to set strategic goals aimed at transforming lives in this generation.

The conference theme—“Legacy”—made a big impact as more than 20,000 people of all ages gathered to receive the encouragement and tools they need to spread the Good News of Jesus and make disciples.

As he taught, Pastor Rick emphasized one key message:

“You are saved to serve. God didn’t save us to sit on the sidelines—he saved us to finish the task of the Great Commission. Every believer has a role to play in sharing the Good News and making disciples.” 

Through practical training sessions, leaders learned what it means to be a healthy church and how to mobilize every member for ministry. And they caught the vision of what it could look like for God to use their churches to reach their communities and beyond.
